Formwork Magnet BM-20 is among the stronger magnets for the production of concrete precast elements.

It allows you to set a stop for formwork and simultaneously fix the accessories that you need to embed in concrete. The magnet is clipped onto the steel formwork plate and holds the accessories in the precise position during concreting.

Formwork magnet, also known as formwork magnet or reinforcement magnet, serves for quick fastening of templates and cast-in elements onto the steel formwork. Magnets are reusable and save time during formwork assembly and disassembly.

Into the metric thread M20 in the upper pin, you screw a stop adapter, eye bolt, T-handle, or other element.

The magnet is permanent, the magnetic force cannot be turned off. On the other side, there is a hexagonal hole inside the screw for an Allen key.

During concreting, the magnet fixes the element in the exact position. The concrete flows around only the cast part, the magnet remains clean thanks to the use of a separating agent. After demolding, you unscrew it and use it again.

Yellow zinc plating protects the surface against corrosion and the beveled edges make it easier to pull out after concreting.

Using a release agent simplifies demolding and extends the life of magnets and molds.

You can attach various accessories to the formwork magnets, such as adapters, lifting beams, magnetic facet strips, insert magnets for mounting, for example, electrical boxes or installation elements.
