Conditions for submitting a user review

Reviews undergo an approval process before publication. In some cases, the website administrator may prohibit the display of a review.

If you want your review to be published on the website, follow these rules:

• Only logged-in users can submit reviews.
• Reviews must be written only in Czech or Slovak.
• Reviews must not contain vulgarisms.
• Reviews must not contain links to other websites.
• Use capital letters at the beginning of a sentence. If another sentence follows a period, separate it with a space. Do not use capital letters for a continuous block of text.

By submitting a review, you agree to the publication of your name and place of residence (e.g. Josef, Vrchlabí) on the review page.

Reviews marked "Shopper's Review" come from customers who bought the product from us. Before submitting a review, they verified themselves by logging into their user account or loaded the order using a combination of its number and email address, or submitted the review as a verified shopper to a product comparator.
