Shopping at Unimagnet.cz is very easy, yet we would like to offer you a simple guide on how to shop correctly.
1. Product Selection
Sit back comfortably and take your time selecting products at www.Unimagnet.cz. You have plenty of time, our shop never closes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Magnets are divided into clear groups, you can use filtering when selecting. If you cannot find the magnet you are looking for, you can contact us via email sales@unimagnet.cz.
2. Adding Products to Cart
If you have found a magnet you wish to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" icon. The item is added to the cart and you can continue browsing. The contents of the cart are displayed at any time by clicking the "Cart" button. To order multiple pieces of the same magnet, adjust the quantity in the "Quantity" field. At this point, nothing is binding yet; you can modify the order, add or remove magnets, change quantities, or cancel the entire order.
3. Discount coupon
If you have a discount coupon for purchases in our online store, add the desired items to your cart and then click on "Cart" and enter the "Code" of your discount coupon here. By entering the discount coupon, the relevant discount will appear in your order. If you need any help, do not hesitate to contact us via email or call our helpline.
4. Order items
If you have made your selection and wish to order the item, click the "Checkout" button (if you are in the shopping cart, click the "Continue" button). In this step, check the billing and shipping addresses. By clicking "Continue", you will proceed to the shipping options and in the next step to the payment method for the goods. Your order is still not binding at this stage.
5. Order Completion
In the last step, you will be shown your chosen payment method and the amount to be paid. By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the order will be sent and becomes binding.
6. Order Confirmation
The buyer will receive an order confirmation by email, order items, and possibly bank transfer payment details. If anything does not match, please contact us immediately by email: sales@unimagnet.cz or by phone at +420 777 330 004.

8. Transport of goods
Most magnets are in stock. Goods purchased from the Unimagnet.cz online store are typically prepared for dispatch within two working days. Should it happen that the goods are out of stock or we cannot deliver them on time, we will inform the customer about the delivery date. If the customer selects bank transfer as the payment method when ordering, the goods are dispatched immediately after the amount is credited to the UNIMAGNET s.r.o. bank account. Goods are always dispatched and sent without unnecessary delays, so that they are delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. UNIMAGNET s.r.o. is not responsible for delays caused by banking services, transport services, or other circumstances beyond its control. You can find the shipping costs on this page.
