Magnetic foils and tapes are also supplied formatted to your specifications. We perform custom cutting, die-cutting, and CNC cutting of magnetic foils, tapes, and labels – from simple shapes to complex contours, including custom production.

Magnetic strips and strip materials
We format all common flat magnetic materials from our range. We cut them in widths from 10 to 100 mm.
The minimum length of one piece is 10 mm, the maximum length is 2000 mm. The result is precise lengths with high repeatability, suitable even for serial use.
Custom magnetic foils
Magnetic foils are processed by us in the input material format of 620 × 420 mm. We work with full foils, self-adhesive variants, and special types. We apply the appropriate technology according to the desired shape and number of pieces.

What documents to prepare for foil formatting?
For simple shapes, a written specification or a hand drawing is sufficient. Typically, this includes rectangles, squares, circles, or strips cut to precise lengths.
For more complex shapes, it is optimal to provide a PDF drawing in curves. This format allows for precise shape processing and a smooth production flow.
In case of any ambiguities in the requirements, we will always clarify the procedure with you before starting production.
