Shuttering magnet BM-12 – stop and holder for precast elements
Formwork Magnet BM-12 combines the function of a formwork stop and a holder for cast-in elements in concrete precast elements. The magnet firmly attaches to the steel formwork board and ensures the stable position of fixtures during concreting.
Formwork magnet, also known as a formwork magnet or rebar magnet, is used for quick fastening of templates and cast-in elements to the steel form. The magnets are reusable and save time during formwork assembly and disassembly.
Into the M12 thread in the upper pin, you will screw an adapter for attaching a template, a lifting eye, a T-handle, or an installation part as needed.
The magnet is permanent, the magnetic force cannot be turned off. On the other side, there is a hexagonal hole inside the screw for an Allen key.
Tip: Stronger formwork magnets BM-16 and BM-20 are switchable.
During concreting, the magnet fixes the element in the exact position. The concrete flows around only the cast part, the magnet remains clean thanks to the use of a separating agent. After demolding, you unscrew it and use it again.
The yellow galvanized surface protects against corrosion, and the chamfered edges facilitate release from concrete. The permanent design without a switchable mechanism provides reliable holding on the form.
Using a release agent simplifies demolding and extends the life of magnets and molds.
Various accessories can be attached to the formwork magnets, such as adapters, lifting beams, magnetic chamfer strips, insert magnets for mounting, for example, electrical boxes or installation components.
Pour concrete more easily with formwork magnets.
