How to sew magnets into clothing and textiles?
Some sewing machines contain many metal components. When sewing magnets in a PVC pocket, the magnets can stick to the sewing machine. It is better to clip 2 magnets together before sewing, which eliminates the magnetic force. First sew on the bottom magnet, then the top one. Sometimes it is better to sew magnets by hand.
Wash magnets preferably in a laundry bag, up to 80 °C
Thanks to the plastic casing, the magnets are waterproof and corrosion-resistant. You can wash them in the washing machine. But it is better to put them in a laundry bag before washing, otherwise they could stick to the metal drum of the washing machine.
Wash clothing and textiles with sewn-in magnets at a maximum of 80 °C. Higher washing temperatures cause demagnetization and loss of magnetic force of the magnets.
Sew strong magnets into the flaps of clothing pockets, textile accessories, curtains, and utilize magnetic force.
