Recessed electromagnetic lock EG-350-A discreetly secures your premises with a force of 350 kg. The door electromagnet can be hidden directly into the frame, not disturbing the appearance of doors, gates, or windows.

The door electric lock operates in fail-safe mode – it releases the passage upon power interruption – important for escape routes.

If you need access control even during a power outage, connect the magnet via a UPS backup power supply.

The electromagnetic lock is inserted directly into the frame cavity. The lock body is made of a massive block of anodized aluminum, which, when voltage is applied, grips the steel counterpiece with a force of 350 kg.

How does the electromagnetic lock work in practice?

The entire system consists of two parts without moving elements, which eliminates mechanical wear.

The main magnet is hidden in the frame, and a steel anchor (suction plate) with an adapted structure is mounted on the door leaf. It attaches strongly to the magnet even if the door leaf does not align precisely.

Thanks to its frost resistance down to -20 °C, the electric lock will also protect an outdoor gate or window.

Application of the EG-350-A Door Electromagnet

The EG-350-A flush-mount electro-lock allows for concealed securing of wooden, metal, glass, or fire-rated doors. Thanks to its durability and high holding force, it is suitable for securing entrance doors and gates where reliable protection is required while maintaining a clean design.

The entire system can be connected, using appropriate accessories, with modern access control systems, intercoms, or card readers. If the door frame structure does not allow for direct recessing, you can use optional L-brackets for installation and mount the lock on the surface of the door and frame.

The package contains everything for quick setup:
