10 mm long magnetic rod with a diameter of 8 millimeters made of magnetically strong neodymium (NdFeB) is ideal as an office magnet for attaching documents and stacks of paper to a magnetic board, for making magnetic holders for lighter tools, screens, for fastening curtains and drapes, and for other uses.
Has a box of nails, screws, or pins ever spilled on you? Collecting them is time-consuming, use a neodymium magnet instead and save time. It is better to first place the strong magnet into a plastic container or cup and then bring it close to the scattered nails through the wall of the cup. They will attach.
Then simply move the magnet in the container with the collected nails over the bowl and remove the magnet. Due to the separation of the magnet from the container, the magnetic force weakens and the nails fall back into the prepared box.
A strong neodymium bar magnet is suitable for:
- for magnetic holders of small tools,
- for collecting spilled nails, screws, pins, paper clips,
- for fastening curtains, drapes, attaching towels,
- for creating POS (point of sale) advertising stands,
- as an office magnet for attaching sheets, documents, brochures to a magnetic board – it can hold more than 10 sheets of paper at once!
The NdFeB magnet is nickel-plated, with N38 magnetization, has a diameter of 8 mm, a height of 10 mm, and weighs only 3.76 g, magnetized axially with poles on the flat sides.
If you need to glue the magnetic rod, use, for example, UHU MAX REPAIR Universal Adhesive.
Make a holder for lighter tools or a magnetic clasp for curtains.
CAUTION: Neodymium magnets do not belong in the hands of children, they have a strong magnetic force. Improper use may result in finger pinching and other injuries.
