Neodymium magnetic pot cylinder Ø 20 h. 25 mm, M6 threaded stud, pull force 13 kg
Cylindrical neodymium holder with a diameter of 20 mm and an M6 threaded stud has a pull force of 13 kg* even for more demanding technical requirements.
Thanks to the steel housing, the strong neodymium magnet is protected against mechanical damage and impacts. The holder's construction also effectively directs the magnetic field to the bottom contact surface, thus increasing the holding force when in contact with a metal substrate.
The integrated M6 threaded stud ensures a firm mechanical connection with the device, machine, or structure. Simply screw it into a nut or profile, and you'll immediately have a strong magnetic point.
The height of the holder body is 25 mm, the height of the threaded stud is 10 mm, and the total height is 35 mm.
Advantages of magnetic holders with threaded studs
- High load capacity: With a pull-off force of 13 kg*, this holder can support even heavier parts, lighting, or industrial sensors.
- Maximum magnet protection: The steel housing prevents direct contact of the fragile neodymium with the substrate, thus eliminating the risk of it cracking or chipping.
- Robust mounting: The M6 threaded stud allows for the creation of a stable connection that can withstand mechanical stress.
- Quality surface: The holder is equipped with a protective nickel layer (Ni-Cu-Ni), which gives it a professional appearance and ensures basic resistance to external influences in interiors.
Magnetic holders are suitable:
In industry and manufacturing for securely attaching large-scale camera systems, terminals, machine covers, or distribution boxes to metal structures.
In the production of advertising stands and large-format displays, where you need good joint stability, but also the ability to unscrew and relocate the structure.
In a professional workshop for building equipment holders. Hooks, suspension eyes, or special fixtures that can hold even heavier tools can be easily attached to the M6 stud.
In exhibition and scenography for secure fixation of decorative panels, lighting rigs, or modular walls to steel beams.
*The stated pull-off force of 13 kg was measured with a perpendicular pull-off from an ideal surface – a strong steel plate. If you place the magnet on a vertical surface where shear load acts, the actual load capacity may decrease to approx. 15–25% of the original value depending on the type and roughness of the surface.
Utilize the extreme force of neodymium holders with a stud for professional mounting.
