Neodymium magnetic cylinder mount, magnetic lens Ø 32 h. 40 mm, strength 34 kg
Looking for a very strong magnet for concealed mounting? The smooth cylindrical neodymium holder with a diameter of 32 mm and a height of 40 mm has a pull force of 34 kg*. Thanks to its robustness and absence of a thread, this magnetic lens is ideal for integration into solid wood, plastic, or composite structures.
The steel housing, in which the neodymium magnet is embedded, serves as protection and a magnetic flux rectifier. Magnetic energy is concentrated on the bottom working contact surface for strong adhesion to the steel substrate, which a standalone magnet without a housing of the same dimensions cannot achieve.
Due to its length of 40 mm, the mount provides a large area for fastening in the material, remaining firmly in place even under significant lateral load.
Advantages of magnetic holders
- Maximum Load Capacity: A pull-off force of 34 kg* allows for secure mounting of even heavy components, machine parts, or structural panels.
- High Mechanical Resistance: The steel housing safely protects the relatively brittle neodymium from chipping or cracking during quick attachment to the substrate.
- Clean Design: Smooth side walls allow for precise embedding into the material by pressing or gluing. The result is a strong magnetic point that does not disrupt the product's appearance with screws.
- Surface Protection: The mount is nickel-plated for long-term functionality and durability in interior and industrial environments.
Magnetic holders are suitable:
In Carpentry and Joinery for fixing removable elements, hidden locks on solid doors, or for anchoring heavier cladding.
For industry and mechanical engineering as strong positioning and fixing points in assembly fixtures where a smooth work surface without protruding threads is required.
In the workshop and maintenance for the production of custom magnetic clamps, stops, and bases that must hold even heavier pieces of material or tools.
For the construction of stages and trade fair stands for creating invisible but strong connections between large modules.
*We measured the stated pull-off force of 34 kg with a perpendicular pull-off from an ideal surface – a strong steel plate. When placed vertically (shear load), the actual load capacity decreases to approximately 15–25% of the original value.
Utilize the power of neodymium magnetic lenses for your projects.
