Neodymium block magnet 50 × 50 × 25 mm, strength 109 kg
Extra strong neodymium magnet in a cuboid shape has a force of 109 kg! Due to its enormous magnetic force, handle it with extreme caution.
This magnet can irreversibly damage electronics, including screens, payment and credit cards, and data carriers.
We recommend always attaching the magnet to a metal surface with a protective pad, otherwise it can be difficult to remove it from a metal steel plate.
A very strong neodymium cuboid can be suitable for industrial applications where maximum holding force in a limited space is required, as well as for experiments and magnetism demonstrations. With its dimensions and strength, it is also suitable for holding heavy metal objects in construction and engineering.
Caution, be very careful during handling, the magnetic force can damage electronics and data media. Use protective gloves and other aids, there is a risk of pinched fingers or other injuries. Strong magnets are not for children!
To improve durability, the magnet is nickel-plated (Ni-Cu-Ni), weighs 475 g, and has a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C.
Tip: Neodymium magnets are strong but brittle. For greater protection, store the magnet in a plastic or wooden box separately from other magnets. A suitable piece of bicycle inner tube, which you can slip over the magnet, will also work well.
The extra-strong magnetic block can be used:
-
for industrial clamping and securing heavier metal structures or parts during production processes,
-
for magnetic separators – for separating metal particles from bulk and liquid materials,
-
for manufacturing holders for heavier tools and accessories in the study, workshop, or engine room,
-
for physics experiments, scientific experiments, demonstration of magnetism,
-
for placing heavy iron, steel exhibits at exhibitions,
-
in security systems for holding heavy doors or locks.
You can fix the magnet to the material using UHU magnet glue. For separation, use a lever magnet separator.
Utilize the extreme force of large block magnets.
