Neodymium block magnet 40 × 22.5 × 2.5 mm, up to 150 °C, strength 4.8 kg

Neodymium magnetic block measuring 40 × 22.5 × 2.5 mm is without classic nickel plating surface treatment or zinc plating, featuring only passivation (a basic thinner protective layer). It has a 35SH magnetisation and is therefore temperature resistant up to 150 °C, making it suitable for high-temperature applications.

It is suitable, for example, for the production of magnetic holders, stands, and for integration into structural assemblies where you need a powerful magnet with a force of approx. 4.8 kg in a thin design.

The magnet surface is protected only by a passivation layer, which increases its corrosion resistance mainly during handling. We therefore recommend using the magnet primarily in cases where it will not be exposed to direct moisture.

Neodymium magnet KV-40-22.5-2.5-NSH is suitable for:

• the production of magnetic holders and grips,
• magnetic stands and constructions,
• integration into furniture, equipment, and products,
• applications with an increased operating temperature of up to 150 °C,
• the production of jigs, structural assemblies, and holders,
• magnetic tests and experiments where a thin yet powerful magnet is required.

Note: The magnet is not intended for long-term use in damp or outdoor environments. Passivation provides only basic surface protection but does not replace a more durable coating such as nickel or zinc plating.
