Magnetic separation rod, NdFeB, Ø 25 × 250 mm, 13000 Gs
Assemble magnetic separator from rods for grain, dry mixes, liquids, and gels – it serves to capture ferromagnetic screws, nuts, chips released, for example, from combine harvesters and machinery, for the separation of metal dust generated by the abrasion of technology in food, agricultural, and production plants, mills. Assemble a magnetic grate to the required size. Thanks to the M8x12 thread, you can easily screw the magnetic rods to the supporting structure.
Magnetic separation rods protect production technology
If unwanted metal waste, ground dust, screws released from combine harvesters, chips from cutting bars during harvest or transport of grain and other bulk materials, as well as liquids or gel masses, were to reach, for example, the grinding roller in a mill, it could damage it. At the same time, there would be a risk that small metal particles could penetrate, for example, into baked goods or other products for consumers.
Powerful neodymium separation rods capture many times their weight and thus retain unwanted waste even in the flow of transported bulk material, liquid, or gel.
The magnetic rods separate released ferromagnetic waste and protect production technology from damage. They are made of strong permanent magnets, have high resistance and durability for decades.
Thanks to the highest magnetic induction of 13000 Gs, it captures even larger unwanted metal particles and ferromagnetic dust in bulk materials, liquids, and gels.
Assemble a magnetic separator from rods of various lengths as needed.
