Magnetic foil, by the metre, width 62 cm, thickness 1 mm, plain (natural)
Higher holding force of the magnetic sheet and durability in the roll. With a thickness of 1 mm, this sheet in a width of 62 cm has a higher holding force. It will be an ideal solution for applications where standard thin sheets are not enough and you need high stability.
Isotropically magnetized ferrite foil has a dark brown surface on both sides.
Ferrite magnetic foils (flexible magnets) form the basis for the production of souvenirs, gifts, or robust learning aids.
They often serve as a stable advertising medium onto which graphics can be applied using standard printing technologies. Despite its thickness, the film remains pliable and adapts to slight unevenness of the metal backing.
This version is not self-adhesive. To attach printed sheets, photos, or banners to its surface, use double-sided adhesive tape, or opt for self-adhesive magnetic film.
You can use the film for fixed labelling of shelves in demanding environments, for product identification in industry, in offices for visual management and organisation, in display design, or for securely attaching documents to metal surfaces.
The material can be cut with a utility knife (with a thickness of 1 mm, we recommend greater caution) or cut with scissors into the desired shapes.
It consists of a mixture of ferrite powder and rubber (strontium ferrite), has a brown-black appearance, and its surface can be written on with acrylic markers. The colour shade may differ slightly from the preview.
Magnetic foil is designed primarily for interiors. They can also be used outdoors as they do not corrode, but due to UV radiation and outdoor conditions, they may become brittle over time.
The maximum working temperature of the foil is 80 °C. Among the advantages is that the magnetic foil leaves no visible marks or material residue after removal from the metal surface.
The larger the contact area of the magnetic foil, the higher its resulting load capacity.
Note: Avoid contact with strong and neodymium magnets, there is a risk of irreversible demagnetization of the foil (loss of magnetic force).
Magnetic foil by the meter is suitable:
- for the production of large advertising boards and durable carriers,
- for labelling shelves in warehouses and marking metal furniture,
- for artists, modellers and creative workshops,
- for marking semi-finished products in industry and workshops,
- in exhibition design, for trade fairs and POS systems with higher loads,
- for creating more massive home, Christmas, and Easter decorations.
This magnetic foil is isotropically magnetized, has a width of 62 cm, a thickness of 1 mm, and a force of 58 g/cm². The weight of one regular meter is approx. 2.17 kg.
The price is for 1 linear metre (lm), we supply the film in quantities from 1 lm.
Caution: This film is not for attaching other magnets (risk of demagnetisation) nor as a substitute for a magnetic board. For these purposes, choose metal, coated film.
Utilise the strongest variant of magnetic film in rolls for your industrial and advertising projects.
