UHU PLUS Endfest 300 High-strength two-component adhesive for magnets

Strong adhesive for bonding neodymium magnets. A high-performance two-component epoxy adhesive that ensures extremely strong bonds and repairs with a strength of up to 300 kg/cm². Thanks to its toughness and durability, it is the ideal choice for fixing strong magnets to various materials.

Properties and Usage:

• Durability: Resistant to moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis.
• Temperature Resistance: long-term from −20 °C to +100 °C.
• Workability: After curing, the bond can be drilled, sanded, and painted.
• Versatility: Suitable for metals, wood, thermosets, hard PVC, ceramics, glass, concrete, stone, and rubber.
• Not suitable for: PP, PE, Teflon, and silicone.

Instructions for use:

1. The parts to be bonded must be clean, dry, and degreased.
2. Remove the "twin-syringe" cap, dispense both components in a ratio of 1:1, and mix thoroughly.
3. The mixture's workability is approx. 2 hours at room temperature.
4. Apply the adhesive to one side (both sides for porous materials), press the surfaces together, and fix.
5. Curing time depends on temperature – see table below. The minimum working temperature is 15 °C.

* Caution: Most neodymium magnets lose some of their magnetism at temperatures above 80 °C. Therefore, for bonding common magnets, we do not recommend curing at temperatures above 70 °C. The values given at higher temperatures apply to the adhesive tests themselves, not to the magnetic properties of the magnet.

Packaging: 24 ml / 25 g blister pack (practical twin syringe) + FREE sandpaper for roughening the surface before bonding.
