Ferrite magnetic holder Ø 25 mm, 3.5 kg force
Smaller round ferrite magnet with a magnetic force of approx. 3.5 kg in a durable steel housing with galvanization has a hole with a diameter of 5 mm with a countersunk screw head recess. You can simply screw the magnet to the wall, ceiling, tools, equipment, or supporting structure.
Ferrite holders have a lower magnetic force than neodymium holders, but they are more durable, corrosion-resistant, and cheaper. You can also use them for outdoor applications.
Advantages of ceramic, ferrite holders in a steel housing:
-
corrosion resistance, you can also use them outdoors,
-
The steel housing of the magnetic holder is galvanized for greater durability, protects the magnet from mechanical damage and strengthens the magnetic force,
-
High temperature resistance up to 200 °C.
Create your own magnetic tool holder. The magnet in the housing is also suitable for installing lights on ceilings and walls, for producing advertising stands, and for door stops.
For maximum holding force, the ferromagnetic substrate made of iron, nickel, or steel must be smooth, clean, and sufficiently strong. The magnetic holder has a north orientation on the side with the recess for the screw.
Smaller ferrite round magnets and holders are suitable for:
-
for making holders for lighter tools in the workshop, study, garage, production facility,
-
in the kitchen as a holder for utensils and accessories,
-
for installing smaller lights, LED strips on the ceiling and wall,
-
for making advertising stands, attaching signs, smaller tarpaulins,
-
for attaching advertising materials at the trade fair stand,
-
for placing shop equipment,
-
for attaching cladding, covers, screens,
-
for attaching and stopping kitchen doors, as a magnetic closure,
-
in furniture production, cabinets,
-
for interior design, home decorations,
-
thanks to water resistance also in the bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and damp areas,
-
for sauna doors,
-
for the production of cases, small secret compartments and hiding places for Geocaching.
When used outdoors, even ferrite magnets may develop rust, but this does not affect their function.
Create a magnetic holder, attach promotional signs with a durable ferrite holder.
