Ferrite disc magnet Ø 5 mm, h. 5 mm, strength 100 g

The disc ferrite magnet has a lower magnetic force compared to neodymium magnets, but it is resistant to corrosion, moisture and temperatures up to 250 °C. The disc with a diameter of 5 mm and height of 5 mm has a magnetic force of approximately 100 g, a weight of 0.48 g and stronger axial magnetisation Y35.

Ferrite magnets are resistant to moisture and common chemical influences. The ceramic material does not corrode, so the magnet can also be used in outdoor environments or in places with higher air humidity. Thanks to the Y35 magnetisation, this small disc achieves higher magnetic energy than standard Y30 ferrite magnets.

The small diameter of 5 mm allows the magnet to be built into very small products or structures. The magnet is suitable for model making, the production of small magnetic closures, promotional items or various hobby projects where there is insufficient space for a larger magnet.

Warning: Do not bring weaker ferrite magnets close to strong neodymium magnets, as this may lead to the demagnetisation of the ferrite magnet.

The ferrite magnet has axial magnetisation Y35 with poles on the opposite flat surfaces.

A diameter of 5 mm, height of 5 mm and magnetic force of 100 g allow this disc to be used wherever space is limited and corrosion resistance and long service life are important.
