Ferrite disc magnet Ø 23 mm, h. 10 mm, pull force 1.2 kg

Disc ferrite magnets are resistant to corrosion, moisture and temperatures up to 250 °C. Compared to neodymium magnets, they have a lower magnetic force, but they perform well even in more demanding conditions. A disc with a diameter of 23 mm and a height of 10 mm has a magnetic force of approximately 1.2 kg, a weight of 19 g and axial magnetisation Y30.

A height of 10 mm means a larger volume of ferrite material, which increases the holding force compared to thinner discs of the same diameter. The ceramic material does not corrode, so the magnet can also be used in outdoor environments or in places with higher air humidity. The magnet requires no surface treatment and retains its properties even with long-term use.

Thanks to a magnetic force of over 1 kg, the disc is suitable not only for general workshop use, but also for technical fixtures, magnetic holders or as part of electrical equipment. The higher profile is also suitable for applications where a greater holding force is required.

You can glue the magnet using magnet glue.

Warning: Do not bring weaker ferrite magnets close to strong neodymium magnets, as this may lead to the demagnetisation of the ferrite magnet.

The ferrite magnet has axial magnetisation Y30 with poles on opposite flat surfaces.

A height of 10 mm increases the amount of ferrite material and, together with a magnetic force of 1.2 kg, makes this disc ideal for technical fixtures, magnetic holders and equipment where long service life and corrosion resistance are essential.
