The disc ferrite magnet has a lower magnetic force compared to neodymium magnets, but it is resistant to corrosion, moisture, and temperatures up to 250 °C. The disc with a diameter of 15 mm and a height of 5 mm has a magnetic force of approximately 550 g, a weight of 4.3 g, and axial magnetisation Y30.

Ferrite magnets are resistant to moisture and common chemical influences.
