Ferrite block magnet 75 × 50 × 20 mm, strength 10 kg
Although rectangular ferrite magnets have a lower magnetic force compared to neodymium magnets, they are resistant to corrosion, moisture, and temperatures up to 250 °C. A block with dimensions of 75 × 50 × 20 mm has a magnetic force of approximately 10 kg, a weight of 340 g, and a Y30 magnetisation.
Larger ferrite magnets are often used in technical and industrial applications where long service life, weather resistance, and a favourable purchase price are important. The ceramic material does not corrode without a surface treatment; therefore, the magnet also performs well in outdoor environments or operations with increased humidity.
Dimensions of 75 × 50 × 20 mm provide a large contact area as well as a high magnetic force. The magnet is suitable for the production of larger jigs, magnetic clamps, holders, or various industrial devices. It can also be used in the manufacture of equipment with permanent magnets.
Ferrite magnets are suitable:
- for outdoor use, as they resist corrosion,
- in the production of industrial jigs and clamping systems,
- as part of larger magnetic holders and closures,
- for various electrical engineering equipment,
- for the separation of small ferromagnetic objects,
- in the construction of machinery and production lines,
- for service and assembly workstations,
- for technical and structural applications.
You can glue the magnet using magnet glue.
Warning: Do not bring weaker ferrite magnets close to strong neodymium magnets, as this may lead to the demagnetisation of the ferrite magnet.
The ferrite magnet has axial magnetisation Y30, with the poles located on opposite flat surfaces.
Large dimensions, a weight of 340 g, and a magnetic force of 10 kg make this rectangular magnet ideal for technical, industrial, and manufacturing use, where long service life and corrosion resistance are essential.
