Self-adhesive extra strong neodymium magnetic foil – a solution for demanding applications.

Very strong anisotropic magnetic foil is an ideal solution for demanding uses, for example in retail, sales, and production facilities, when you need a lot of magnetic force in a small space.

It has more than 5 times the magnetic force compared to ordinary isotropic foils (450 g/cm²). The foil provides performance that meets the special requirements of merchants and manufacturers of promotional and other devices, for example, promotional stands, holders.

The extra holding force of this foil is achieved during production thanks to the use of NdFeB neodymium material, from which strong neodymium magnets are also made.

The foil, which we supply in A4 format (210 × 297 mm, A4 format), can be cut to the required size with a utility knife or cut with strong scissors. It is dark grey-black in color and has an operating temperature of up to 100°C.

Caution, this magnetic foil is not suitable for attaching magnets, it is not suitable for use as a magnetic noticeboard. For this purpose, use coated foil.

The self-adhesive layer contains strong 3M 9448A adhesive. The foil is mainly used in the professional sector with high performance requirements, which is also reflected in the higher price.

Procedure for applying self-adhesive magnetic foil

When applying and sticking the foil, it is necessary to press it firmly against the substrate over its entire surface so that the adhesive layer activates well, and then let it "rest" for a few hours before full load. The optimal temperature for bonding is 21–38°C.
