Electromagnet with permanent magnet 500 N, 24 V DC, Ø 50 mm, height 29 mm

Holding electromagnet with built-in permanent magnet with a diameter of 50 mm, a height of 29 mm, and a holding force of 500 N is used for secure fastening of ferromagnetic materials such as steel, cast iron, or other iron-containing alloys.

In the quiescent state, the magnet firmly holds the metal part. Applying a 24 V DC voltage will cancel the magnetic field and release the part – without the need for mechanical intervention.

The relative duty cycle is 10%, which means the electromagnet can only be active for a limited time. We recommend applying voltage for a few seconds at most to prevent overheating. This duration is sufficient for disconnection.

The electromagnet has terminals with wires for easy electrical connection. The length of the power cable is 600 mm.

On the back of the body, there is an M8 thread for mounting. The body is made of steel and the maximum operating temperature is 130 °C.
