Electromagnet with permanent magnet 400 N, 24 V DC, Ø 40 mm, height 29 mm

Holding electromagnet with built-in permanent magnet with a diameter of 40 mm, a height of 29 mm, and a holding force of 400 N is used for securely fastening ferromagnetic materials such as steel, cast iron, or other iron-containing alloys.

In the quiescent state, the magnet firmly holds the metal part. Applying a 24 V DC voltage will cancel the magnetic field and release the part – without the need for mechanical intervention.

The relative duty cycle is 10%, which means the electromagnet can only be active for a limited time. We recommend applying voltage for a few seconds at most to prevent overheating. This duration is sufficient for disconnection.

The electromagnet has wire outputs for easy electrical connection. The length of the supply cable is 600 mm.

On the back of the body is an M5 thread for mounting. The body is made of steel and the maximum operating temperature is 130 °C.
