Electromagnet with permanent magnet 3500 N, 24 V DC, Ø 150 mm, height 63 mm
Permanent Magnet Holding Electromagnet with a diameter of 150 mm, a height of 63 mm, and a force of 3500 N allows for secure attachment of even very heavy ferromagnetic parts – for example, steel plates or structures.
The magnet holds the metal part attached due to the permanent field in its quiescent state. After applying 24 V DC voltage, the field is deactivated and the part is released.
The relative duty cycle is 10%, we recommend applying voltage only for a few seconds, which is usually sufficient to release the held object.
The electromagnet has conductors for connecting to the power supply, the cable length is 600 mm. On the back, there is an M16 thread for mounting. Steel construction, maximum operating temperature 130 °C.
The electromagnet is suitable for use:
-
when handling heavy metal parts,
-
in mechanical engineering and industrial automation,
-
in the construction of assembly and lifting equipment,
-
in the development and design of technologies,
-
in testing and trial applications.
A permanent magnet holding magnet is advantageous where low energy consumption is required – voltage is supplied only when the material needs to be released. Suitable for repeated and safe holding without mechanical intervention.
Electromagnets are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. This is especially important when deployed in production processes requiring continuous operation.
We supply holding electromagnets in top quality workmanship – comparable to products from renowned German brands. The manufacturer ensures precise processing and long service life.
Choose a strong and reliable electromagnet.
