Unlike conventional mechanical switchable magnets, the EP-30 allows for quick activation using control buttons, saving you time and effort.

• Electro-permanent technology: An electrical impulse is only required to switch it on and off (change state). During the actual holding of the load, the magnet does not consume any energy, and in case of battery discharge, it will not release the load – operation is maximally safe.
• Switch-off safety lock: To deactivate the magnet, press the red "OFF" button twice in quick succession. This function prevents accidental release of the load during transport.
• LCD display and light indication: The clear display shows the percentage charge status of the battery. The status of the magnet is also indicated by color: green light (magnet is active), red light (magnet is off).
• Ergonomics: A sturdy handle with a non-slip finish for a firm grip. The control buttons are located directly under the thumb for easy one-handed operation.
• Universal use: Ideal for lifting sheet metal, transporting steel semi-finished products to machine tools, or handling laser-cut parts.

Safety and reliability in load handling

The EP-30 electro-magnetic lifting and carrying magnet is designed with an emphasis on industrial use. The magnetic force is most effective in a vertical pull, perpendicular to the surface, while the magnet's force is weakest during lateral movement.

To ensure maximum performance, we recommend activating the magnet with the ON button only when it is in full contact with the metal.

You can use the cordless lifting magnet for:

• handling sheet metal and flat steel with a thickness of over 5 mm,
• removing parts from cutting machines (laser, plasma),
• storage and sorting of metal materials,
• preparation and positioning of materials before further processing.

For safe handling, ensure the contact surface of the magnet and the lifted material are clean. Load capacity is influenced by material thickness, surface roughness, and the air gap between the load being transported and the magnet.
